IOP for Mental Health & Substance Abuse

Why IOP?

IOP provides a higher level of care for adolescents and adults who may need more than weekly individual therapy to address their mental health or substance abuse needs.

For Adolescents & Adults

Sai Mental Health offers IOP to adolescents ages 12-17 years old and adults18+.

For Mental Health

Our IOP program meets in a group session three days per week for three hours at a time. This lets clients continue to go to work and to school to maintain balance in their lives.

For Substance Abuse

We also offer Chemical Dependency IOP for those who are struggling to overcome addiction, with the goal of learning tools to maintain sobriety.
